Week 13 Fantasy Rankings: WR

The bye weeks are over, injuries are minimal (come back, A.J. Green, Marvin Jones, and Tre'Quan Smith), and our Week 13 fantasy WR rankings are loaded the final week before the fantasy playoffs. What more could you ask for? More sleeper wide receivers? Yeah, sure, but we know waiver wire streamers can pop off in any given week at this position, so it's all about finding the right pickup if you're in a bind at WR3.

This week, the top and bottom of our "starting tier" have question marks, but with Odell Beckham Jr. (vs.  Bears), Michael Thomas (@ Cowboys), Julio Jones (vs. Ravens), and A.J. Green if he returns (vs. Broncos), you can't worry too much. Green might be dealing with a backup QB, which is more of a worry, so we'll adjust his ranking depending on that situation in addition to his own physical issues.

Week 13 Rankings:
Quarterback | Running Back | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker

The WR3 bubble also has features difficult matchups for some of those studs' teammates (Calvin Ridley, Tre'Quan Smith, Sterling Shepard). Other perennial WR3s, such as Marquise Goodwin (@ Seahawks), Josh Gordon/Julian Edelman (vs. Vikings), and Jarvis Landry (@ Texans), also face tough pass defenses, while upstarts like Keke Coutee (vs. Browns), Josh Reynolds (@ Lions), Jermaine Kearse (@ Titans), Curtis Samuel (@ Bucs), David Moore (vs. 49ers), and all the Ravens (@ Falcons) have weak defensive opponents. Making a decision between those types of players could be the difference between a spot in the fantasy playoffs and a spot in the consolation bracket -- aka "The Waste of Time Tournament".

Week 13 Fantasy Football Rankings: WRs

These rankings are for standard, non-PPR leagues

1 Tyreek Hill, Chiefs @ Raiders
2 DeAndre Hopkins, Texans vs. Browns
3 Adam Thielen, Vikings @ Patriots
4 Antonio Brown, Steelers vs. Chargers
5 Amari Cooper, Cowboys vs. Saints
6 Keenan Allen, Chargers @ Steelers
7 Davante Adams, Packers vs. Cardinals. On paper the Cardinals are tough against WRs, but that's mainly because running backs can do whatever they want and teams usually don't have to throw in the fourth quarter against them. The Chargers showed last week that WRs can light them up, too, and the Packers will likely do the same.
8 Odell Beckham Jr., Giants vs. Bears
9 Michael Thomas, Saints @ Cowboys. Thomas is coming off his worst game of the season (4-38), but even though he's facing one of the best pass defenses in the leagues, we think he's much more likely to have a big bounce back than struggle again.
10 Julio Jones, Falcons vs. Ravens
WEEK 13 DFS CASH LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel | DraftKings
11 Brandin Cooks, Rams @ Lions
12 Robert Woods, Rams @ Lions. Cooks led the Rams in targets (12) by one over Woods in Week 11, but Woods scored and had a higher yards-per-catch (18). The former and latter numbers could switch in this game, but both receivers should see plenty of catches, targets, yards and TD opportunities against a Lions defense allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to WRs.
13 Mike Evans, Buccaneers vs. Panthers
14 Kenny Golladay, Lions vs. Rams. The Lions figure to be throwing a lot in the second half, and Golladay will be the top target even if Marvin Jones Jr. is back. L.A. gives up the fourth-most fantasy points to WRs, so look for another big game from Golladay.
15 A.J. Green, Bengals vs. Broncos
16 Stefon Diggs, Vikings @ Patriots
17 Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos @ Bengals
18 JuJu Smith-Schuster, Steelers vs. Chargers
19 T.Y. Hilton, Colts @ Jaguars. When these teams faced each other in Week 10, Hilton caught three of seven targets for 77 yards. Last season, he had a 3-51 line and a 2-27 line (with a TD in the former game). Of course, last year was without Andrew Luck, but the point is the Jags tend to slow down Hilton in terms of receptions. Still, his yards-per-catch is decent, and we know he can take the top off of any defense at any time. The Jags' season is effectively over, so Hilton remains a solid starting option.
20 Alshon Jeffery, Eagles vs. Redskins. Jeffery hasn't topped four catches or 48 yards in any of his past four games. It's fair to question whether this ranking is too high, but the Redskins' pass defense seems to be regressing. They've been roasted by No. 1 WRs in four of the past five games, with Amari Cooper, DeAndre Hopkins, Julio Jones, and Odell Beckham Jr. each other scoring a TD or going over 100 yards (or both). Obviously, Jeffery should be "due", and in this crucial divisional game, we think the Eagles will pull something together.
