The Braves are dealing with a major injury just before the All-Star break.
Right fielder Ronald Acuna Jr. exited their second-to-last game before the break with a right knee injury. The 23-year-old Acuna had to be carted off after suffering the injury, which occurred when he tried to make a play on a ball hit to the warning track in right.
Acuna is one of the best players in baseball and was slashing .283/.394/.596 with 24 homers this season before the injury. Atlanta moved to 44-44 with a win Saturday as it tried to keep pace with the Mets in the National League East.

Acuna has a torn ACL in his right knee. He suffered the injury after he landed on the warning track while chasing a fly ball to the right-field wall. He couldn't put much weight on his leg as he tried to exit the field.
Acuna had previously dealt with ankle, abdomen and back injuries this season, but he appeared in 82 of Atlanta's first 88 games before leaving Saturday's contest.

The injury occurred when Acuna tried to track down a drive to the right-field wall by Miami's Jazz Chisholm. The ball sailed over his outstretched glove. He came down hard on the warning track and crashed into the wall after missing the ball. He didn't get up.
