Shaquille O'Neal is living up to his "Superman" nickname.

The Basketball Hall of Famer saw a family that needed help and took action. After witnessing a car stranded on the side of I-75 in Florida, O'Neal pulled over and stayed with the family until officers arrived on the scene.

The video footage, which was captured via an Alachua County Sheriff dashcam, shows an officer speaking with O’Neal and thanking him for stopping to make sure everyone was OK.

The driver tells the officer that her tire blew out and the car started spinning.

The video ends with O'Neal saying goodbye to the family and telling them to be safe.
