The Lions will be without one of their top offensive weapons for the rest of Thanksgiving.

Running back D'Andre Swift exited the Lions Thanksgiving matchup vs. the Bears with a shoulder injury, per the Fox broadcast, and would later be ruled out.

The running back suffered the injury during the second quarter of the game with the Lions leading 7-3, and wouldn't return before the half.

Bears linebacker Roquan Smith would make the tackle that appeared to injure Swift, as he'd land hard on his right shoulder along the sideline. He'd stay down for several minutes before making his way to the bench.

Swift would be seen on the sideline surrounded by Detroit medical staff on the sideline, as he would be in clear pain.

Running back Jamaal Williams would enter in relief of Swift, and would pick up 31 rushing yards before the end of the half.

Before the injury, Swift had three carries for no yards, and three receptions for nine yards. The Lions would have just 31 total rushing yards entering the break.

The Bears would score 13 unanswered points after the opening score by the Lions, entering halftime with a 13-7 lead.
