The people of Charlotte were excited to have the Hornets back. On Wednesday night, the team formerly known as the Bobcats made its triumphant return.
Then the game happened, and the team trailed the Bucks for much of the game, including a 24-point deficit in the third quarter. Then the team came to life. Lance Stephenson woke up, and little by little, Charlotte chipped away at the lead.
Then, in the waning moments of the fourth quarter, Kemba Walker did what he does best — hit clutch shots — draining a deep 3-pointer to force overtime.
Unfortunately for those watching the game on NBA League Pass, they didn't get to see the first big-time shot of the season.

The Hornets won in overtime 108-106 for the largest comeback in Charlotte franchise history.
