Lauren Hill, who is fighting a brain disease called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and will play one last basketball game Nov. 2, is calling out some of the sports world's biggest stars to bring awareness to her condition.

Hill, along with Local 12 in Cincinnati, introduced #Layup4Lauren on Monday. The concept is simple: To simulate what Hill is facing, you must spin yourself around five times and shoot a layup with your non-dominant hand. A make means you get to challenge someone. A miss means a $10 donation to The Cure Starts Now.

Hill wasted no time calling out some big stars both in and out of the state of Ohio, including LeBron James, Becky Hammon, Andy Dalton, Spud Webb and the Dallas Mavericks among others.

Lauren Hill's game at Xavier's Cintas Center sold out in less than an hour.

We eagerly await their attempts.

UPDATE: Local 12 also announced the game WILL be televised.
