Video shows furious Hope Solo after being handed suspension

Hope Solo’s comments after losing to Sweden in the Rio Olympics earlier this month, calling her opponents “cowards” for their defensive strategy, landed her a six-month suspension from U.S. Soccer.

Today we got a glimpse of how she took the news in a clip released by the documentary series "Keeping Score."

“Six-month suspension no pay, terminated contract effective immediately,” Solo said in a meeting room with husband Jerramy Stevens. “Seventeen f—ing years and it’s over.”

The full episode, including this season, is set to air Sept. 2. on Fullscreen.
