Woods does have winning experience in this tournament. He won The Players in 2001 and 2013, but hasn’t returned since 2015 when he finished T69.
Not only will Woods compete against a stacked field of great golfers, he's grouped with other past winners of The Players in Phil Mickelson (2007) and Rickie Fowler (2015). That trio tees off at 8:27 a.m. Friday. Here's how to watch Tiger and the field live at The Players Championship.
