Brian Kelly obviously never heard the phrase, "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."

The Notre Dame football coach made headlines during his Friday news conference when he said the Irish would threaten a boycott of the College Football Playoff if families weren't allowed to attend the games.

Fans also roasted Notre Dame's inability to win big games over recent years, which extends well beyond Kelly's tenure.
